Patna, June 4 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday said that caste based counting in the state would begin within one month and it would be beneficial to all. Kumar told media persons here that state government was making all arrangements for caste based counting in Bihar. A department had been assigned responsibility for caste counting in the state, he added. " As per decision teken in all party meeting on June 1 on the issue, cabinet had approved the proposal on June 2 for caste counting in the state", Chief Minister said adding that cast cast counting would be conducted in such a way to ensure no error or discrepancies. Personnel to be deputed for caste counting would be imparted proper training for the purpose, he further added. It takes time to begin any new work but caste counting would start in one month, he stated. Kumar said that caste counting would be beneficial to all sections of the society.
